Step 2: Send an email to your list letting them know that they can get their gift copy of Miss Humbug on your site. Give them the URL for the page on your site where you uploaded the code in step 1.  (Remember to avoid using the word FREE in your email as spam filters tend to red-flag that word. You can either use the word "gift" or put a stray character into the word FRE~E (like this).

Optional: If you want to you can also link the page into your web site and promote it that way.
